Domain Names. Orders. If available the domain (web site address or url) can be used, solely for the contract period by the registrant. This will be for a period of 2 years for a
.co.uk or (normally) 1 year for .com’s etc. Names4bizz.com (unless otherwise agreed) must be admin/billing and technical handle for the domain. This enables management of the domain and DNS functions.

Website Hosting. Orders. For the product described as Business Hosting, this will be a maximum of 25mb and 5 POP3 accounts. Names4bizz.com will create site and provide e-mail support (info@names4bizz.com) for the contract period. Normally 1 year.
Corporate Hosting as above, but with 250mb of space and 100 POP3 accounts.

Payment all new domains and hosting sites must be paid for on order. No domain or website will be activated until payment has been made. The only exception to this is Corporate Hosting that is paid quarterly in advance.

Transfer out of names4bizz.com may be subject to a transfer fee. Please refer to current price list.

Renewals. All renewal
will be notified 2 months before due date. If nothing is heard from owner,
these will be invoiced in the month prior to the renewal date. Domains and
Hosting not paid for will be suspended and eventual deleted. This will
make domains available to the open market. A charge may be levied to
re-instate domains and web hosting.
